Youth Volunteers for Development and Environment Conservation (YOVENCO)

Graduation Ceremony

(7 February 2019) Today 13 students (6 girls and 7 boys) graduated into a tailoring and electricity which they were learning for last four months at YOVENCO Technical and Vocational Training Center (TVET) finally to day they have awarded their certificates by official guests.

SOS BERBERA VILLAGE funded and YOVENCO implemented.


Many honorable guests came the event which were included Senator; Abdiqadir India indho, Abdikarim ADEM; Berbera local council secretary and Regional Directors of MOEHS and MESAF, and many others and also graduated students.

 

SOS INTERNATIONAL BERBERA has been supporting 173 vulnerable Households and families which lived Wada-jir and Finland Villages in berbera and selected 20 people to trained two skills they chosen gilrs learned Tailoring and boys learned electricity and the objective was to support their self and families and We wish good future and you will support your families as well ” Ayaanle Sos officer

Also, we continue our effort to support the vulnerable families and SOS will train 30 families with skills to enhance their livelihoods.
